Public Holiday Service Reminder

From Monday, 9 June 2025, we will only provide essential services (medication, personal care, and meals) on public holidays.

Domestic Assistance services will not be provided on public holidays, and clients will no longer receive a call to confirm this. If you need to reschedule domestic assistance on a public holiday, please speak with your care team to submit a new service request.

Please also see below for a fact sheet on what Domestic Services can be provided for clients. Certain services are excluded under Home Care Packages. This includes items that would usually be paid for with general income that everyone needs, regardless of age, such as food and utilities.
