Get Active@Home!

elderly couple practising physical exerciseGetting and staying active, especially in the middle the COVID-19 pandemic, has been difficult for many. We really pleased to be able to continue with our popular ACTIVE@HOME program to Adssi In-home Support clients. As with all our services we have increased hygiene protocols and social distancing measures in place to keep everyone safe.

Active@Home is an in-home program run by a trained coach. Participants need GP sign-off before starting the program. There are 8 exercises performed on the program and assessment provided by the coach.
The exercises are aimed at improving strength and balance. The balance exercises can help you to feel more stable and confident on your feet and the strength exercises help improve independence in daily activities like bending or lifting.
