To maintain the high level of service that Adssi In-home Support provides to you, we regularly need to review our client fee contributions – usually on an annual basis.
We are mindful of the impact of any increase in fees on clients. We consider the general inflation rate and the amount that pensions have increased over the last 12 months. It is our policy to assess our client’s ability to pay on an individual basis, and we aim to keep your contributions as low as possible.
This year our Board of Directors has determined that from 1 October 2022, the fee contribution for services will be increased. You would have received a letter in the post showing the new rates.
If your financial position has been reviewed and an agreement is in place for a reduced fee, this will remain until the following review. Please get in touch with your coordinator at 1300 578 478 (toll-free) if you want to discuss the fee increase.
